I am welsh. I have just seen an advert on tv for pot noodles and there is a bloke immitating a welsh accent. Going by what "poor" shilpa is going through on BB , why has no-one complained about this advert yet? I feel violated..........

You should be proud! Pot Noodles are a national institution, something we should be celebrating for their surfeit of E-numbers and the pounding headache you get if you eat more than one. And the advertisers chose a WELSH person to promote Pot Noodles. You Welsh should have a national holiday that you've been so privileged!

On a serious note, it appears that you can only be a subject of racism if your skin colour differs. We can take as much fun as we like out of the Welsh, Scottish, Irish, English, French, Germans, Swedes, Yanks, Aussies etc - but try and have a laugh at the expense of an African nation, or the Japanese and you'll be cast aside and sent to prison for an eternity (with 2/3 off for pretending to be sorry for it).

They have complained.
My mate works for pot noodle and said there's loads of moaners out there.
But none so far have been welsh, just do gooders.
It was made by a welsh bloke.
Been on TV for ages, have you only just noticed or has the internet not been working since they stoped mining coal and started with noodles
