Is what has happened to Shilpa racism or bullying (and not racism)? What do you think?

Both, i think shes being bullied but as part of that bullying there are racial under tones but race isnt why shes being bullied.. Basically the other girls are being bitches towards her, prob coz shes much more beautiful than them + shes got dignity. Shilpa is actually famous (in Bollywood at least) which none of the others can say, they are just dumb glamour models etc.. I hope Shilpa does win purely to annoy the others!! In India Shilpa is a A list celeb, thats why she may seem up her self, if you were a self made millionaire you would prob be a bit smug aswell.. It amazes me that no one in the house seems even slightly interested in her culture or life in India, just goes to show how dumb the others are.. Bring back Donny i say, he would sort the other out!!! BIG UP THE SHILPA!!!

Shilpa is neither bullied or racially abused. She is very manipulative, conniving and deep-down she is encouraging it. She needs a sense of humour to rise above it. Having that holier than thou attitude isn't going to win friends. Girls can be very bitchy,it's in their genes, but I shouldn't think Shilpa has ever come across it before.

Both she's being bullied because she is different. She isn't the kind of person just to sit in the corner she loves getting involved and has a lot of energy. Bullying has occurred prev in BB but this is taking it a bit further. How dare they look down on Indian ppl because they eat with their hands, What do u reckon they did b4 spoons were invented!!! Its sad to see that racism still exists so strongly in the 21st Century.

It's neither.
Have you watched her face?
Seen the smug little grin when she gets all the sympathy?
Remember she is used to people standing up when she enters the room, servants to cater for her every whim!
The only way it is racism is when Jade's mother referred to her as 'the Indian', which even I was surprised at.
As for the bullying, Shilpa is very good at manipulating the others and making it seem like she is being abused in one form or another.
Notice the fact that she distances herself from the group and wears sunglasses to hide behind.
Her gameplan is to go for the sympathy vote for whatever reason.
Don't watch the others behaviour - watch Shilpa's.
The gameplan has backfired though. My Prediction? Listen for the multitude of boo's when she is evicted.

glad you asked that question, shes being bullied the other girls are jelous because shilpa is sucessful n didnt need to get her kit of to get attention unlike danielle. i wish theyd leave her alone it really pissin me of & i liked jade before now shes turned into a bully

After secret filming (Channel 4 'Dispatches - Undercover Mosque' http://www.channel4.com/news/dispatches/... ) revealed racism towards whites, Jews and 'kaffurrs', and calling for a takeover of our country, it did strike me as a bit more harsh than anything Jane Goodie has to say.

It is just old fashioned Big Brother Bullying, sadly it always happens to someone, it just happens to be that she is an Indian.

Why is everyone so bothered??Shilpa obviously isnt or she would have walked out!!Shes not locked in there for god sake!!! Shes a snotty cow that loves herself and they wouldnt like her even if she was white!!So all this crap about being rasist is stupid!! x

Neither - is all a desperate publicity stunt to boost the ratings of a show that has been so flogged to death that the public are bored of it.

Does it really matter they have been awful to her, I am not sure it is racist more bitchy bullying, but still not nice and they should leave her alone.
