Not true , as with any culture there are some people who dislike others because the color of their skin and the fact that many foreigners do not speak American english . Myself , I am against giving driving tests in spanish , because all of our road signs are in english .

It's possible that some Americans don't like some Brazilians, but I suspect that Americans in general are not all that aware of Brazilians, and consequently have no particular attitude. There is, of course, a sort of xenophobia about Americans, and there might be cultural differences which you could perceive as rudeness.
My own interactions with Brazilians have been very pleasant, particularly in the case of a beautiful young lady from Sao Paulo back in the days of my youth. (sigh)

Sometimes if your accent is too strong to understand then that makes some people irritated. Like if we go shopping and we stop at McDonald's for lunch, I get pissed when the person that is taking my order doesn't understand what I'm saying because they don't know English. It happens so often it is nerve wrecking, when something so simple turns into no one understanding any one. That sucks. I've tried to order stuff where the accent of the rep was too strong and I didn't know even half of what he was saying to me when we are trying to order and spend money. Some people are just mean to others.

Im in reality one American lady , so i cant talk for everyone yet to me it sound slike the human beings you've been talking to are racist because no man or woman i understand discriminates hostile to a particular race. Its compared to we go searching a room of guy and immediately say, "ew hes Indian, im no longer likely for him" thats really shallow if some thing it would want to be to me, i wouldnt seem at soeone in the 'getting to appeal to close' type of way if i didnt discover them a minimum of slightly eye-catching yet personality is my major key

It depends on what part of the country they're from. Business is done quickly and with few formalities in a lot of places in the US, and that may be perceived as rude when it isn't intended to be.

Not so much rude as impatient. Americans tend to live very fast, and want things "said, done, stamped, and on their way" in a minute. Bad habit, I guess

It's the opposite.
Different parts of the U.S. have been stereotyped as ones who produce rude people. Besides, stop buying from those who are rude to you.
