When you wish upon a falling star, your dreams can come true. Unless it's really a meteorite hurtling to the Earth which will destroy all life. Then you're pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for. Unless it's death by meteor.

i saw two shooting stars 3 years ago which went one after the other...and all i remember thinking was..
....'wow i thought this happened once evey couple of decades'..then only when they were gone i remembered that i should have made a wish :(
haha...so no i didnt make a wish only coz i was soo dazzeled by it..darn,haha.
but im sure if it happened again i still wouldnt be able to make a wish coz they are unexpected and for you to think of a good wish in such a short amount of time is hard..so i'd prob just end up wishing for rubbish which might easily natuarly come ture.

I don't often see shooting stars. but I always wish on the first star I see in the evening/nighttime. Say this rhyme then wish:
Star light,
Star bright,
First star I see tonight,
I wish I may,
I wish I might,
Grant the wish I wish tonight.
Then make your wish. I might come true!!

I have only ever saw one shooting star and I did make a wish. It came true years later. I wished I would get a boyfriend who loved me as I always seemed to go out with people who used me. three years ago I got my wish, still with him and just bought a house together.

I do not sure about it coming true though, i think sometimes when you wish for something it can help make you more determined to make sub-concious choices to make it happen.
I also sometimes wish on the first start i see by saying to myself
Star light, Star Bright
The first star i see tonight
I wish I may, I wish I might
Have this wish i wish tonight.....................
(FOLLOWED BY MY WISH)
But remember your not allowed to tell anyone what you wished for or it definetly wont come true

Awe... well, when I was watching a meteor shower- my dad told me that as long as the shooting star is still in your heart you can wish upon it.

I have seen this in film that they make a wish.
I have tried several times but nothing happen.

Yes, but they've never come true. I wished to stay in my dream job, and I've been posted away to a desk job, away from all of my closest mates. :-(
