If I put my picture online for like a minute for my friends to see , then take it off? If, so why?

I am asking cause some of my friends dont use email , and some are all the way in life Cali so I cant ask them unless I know what time they get on the comp. (I am 13)

With all the crazy people in the world now a days, they can find out where I am by tracking my comp and you dont know what could happen.

Technically they can't track you where you are from your comptuer unless your giving out WAY too much information for instance if you've ever watch those pedophile shows that they do; going on myspace and putting your school in, the location, name, and age, etc.. If you don't feel safe, just email the picture to people you only know in real life. Or people you trust to email your picture to. When I was 14 I would cam with people that I didn't know but trusted because i knew them over xbox live and we both cammed back and forth, and traded pics and talked a lot.

Why are you afraid to put your pic online? Millions of people do it every day....
Just dont start meeting people online and going on freaky sexcapades. Its okay to be social online and show your personality...
