Same here Mark. I am not entirely shy though depending on the circumstances. Up close and personal situations easier, than an out of the blue...my god you are good looking can I sleep with you sort of thing. Well...that is sometimes what it feels like when a guy approaches me out of nowhere, no former introduction...just think he likes my body and wants to 'get some'.

I prefer to approach women, I'm not usually afraid or nervous. I think to myself, "if this goes wrong, what are the chances I'll ever see them again?" then just dive in!

I can talk to anyone a fact that greatly annoys my husband. What are they going to do tell me to go away, no one ever has, I'm to cute and funny lol hahahlolhahalol like Dharma I got the trait from my Dad. Strange

Not a problem! I gor over being shy when I was 10.Can't make friends or lovers if you're afraid to chat them up!

hell yeah i do! best example is the time i approached Gabriel Byrne at a crowded bar and asked if he minded if i shared his table. i was SO not going to let that oppurtunity get away on me, not after crushing on him since 1995! that was last year.

usually, unless im having one of those shy awkward moments. you know the ones where you just walked out of the bathroom with toilet paper stuck to your shoe, or you walked around all day with spinach in your teeth and still havent noticed.

why not? i'm friendly ... and where i work at, i talk to everybody. i used to be very shy but not anymore. i really liked alot of the answers though.
