Johnny Cash covered Hurt and did an incredible job with it if you ask me. The video is beautiful and makes me cry every time I see it and I get chills when i hear the song.

Hurt. Great song, and I actually think Cash's version was better. It was louder. It's like NIN's version was heavy on the lyrics, but lacking on the music.

Is this supposed to be a hard question? Cash got a grammy for it. I think it was unfair--it wasn't his song AND he didn't do that great a job on the cover.
