anything in particular I could eat, drink or take (legal stuff) that would help with my performance tomorrow? should I do any exercising today? It'll be a 45 min bike ride with ascending resistance.

I would just practice riding the bike and try to give urself more resistance some how, go up hills or something. I would drink engery drinks. Maybe any energy pills, take vitamins. Anything could help really. Drink lots of water!
