On 4 February 2006, Brian Harvey appeared on the UK television music show CD:UK, where he announced that East 17 may soon be making a comeback as the original four-piece.
In mid-February 2006, East 17 reformed. The band played its first concert since reformation on 30 May 2006 at the Shepherd's Bush Empire in London.
Performing as a three-piece without Tony Mortimer, E17 played at Strathclyde University in Scotland on the 24 September 2006, after D.J Colin Murray was unable to attend. This event signalled the end of Freshers Week at the university, as they drank with students within the union.
Tony Mortimer is scheduled to appear BBC TVs, "Never Mind The Buzzcocks" on 9th October and is getting great support from fans on MySpace. http://www.myspace.com/tonymortimer.

I have read in a recent article,the Daily Mirror I think. That they have reformed and are either on tour or about to tour. This is due to the recent sucess of another boy band Take That who apparently inspired them to reform themselves.So, keep an eye out in the press to see if this is true.

Tony Mortimer was on Never Mind the Buzzcocks a few months back. He looks nothing like he used to : (
He's put on an awful lot of weight. Very disappointed.

Nah, I doubt it. sometime between the Jonas Brothers will crew up with The Chemical Brothers, regain notoriety, get radio play, and that my pals will signal the upcoming end of the international.

Hello. One of the dancers ( i think he's name is terry) lives in my town and drives a boy racer renault clio sports and everytime we see him he always says hello and is in high spirits.
