whenever i go to a certain website it either displays server cannot be found or something about my browser setting

When the error the website cannot be found is because 1. you mistyped the address or the website in which you are visiting no longer exists and so the error comes up.

The way to check is make sure the URL is typed correctly and also going to www.dnsreport.com and typing in the URL in the DNS Report text box and click Search and is comes up that the URL doesn't exist the website doesn't exist either.

and about ur problem the web u r entering might be down or not avilabel any more if its happened with all the site u r trying it may u have a problem with ur browser setting or u use a proxy or firewall that block ur connection

A web server is where we store web sites and similiar information, they are located anywhere that you can get access to the internet

There are a number of possible answers about the errors you are getting, here are a couple:

when you enter a web site in the www.something.com format your DNS server converts that to an IP address

you could have a DNS error is one possible cause, another is that the DNS is incorrect for the web page, and it is posoble that the page is not at that IP address

something about your browser settings is to vague to answer
