Who had a shell suit? What colour was it ? Is anyone brave enough to admit they still have theirs????

wosh wosh wosh.....the sound of me walking down the streets some what 20 years ago. Yes I admit to having one...maybe even two...im sure I had a black one as well as a blue and yellow one.....sure I had matching fila trainers for the blue one too.......Thanks for that memory.

I used to own a pink, yellow and white shell suit! I remember being on a family holiday and my two sisters and I all wore them to death!
I look back at the snaps of them now and cringe! I may even put a pic of me in my shell suit on my 360 page to prove how cool I was!

yes, sooooo comfortable. I still have mine, blue and shiny with a pnk and white flash on it. I used to wear it all the time but now, as it is rather tatty, I just slop around indoors in it.
Mr. GorgeousFluffpot also had one - identical! How embarrassing is that??? AND we used to go out in it ... Mr. and Mrs. Matching Shellsuits! Gosh, I am cringing with embarassment!

My mum got rid of mine when it was on the news that you were in danger of becoming a human fireball if you got within a meter of a naked flame. My beauty was 2 tone pink/purple and until that day I wore it with pride along with my burgandy suede effect trainer boots with massive tongues. When its reign ended I just got out my neon stripe lycra cycling shorts instead. I so ruled!

I had two. Both were purple. One was a woosh woosh, the other was more like a track suit. Why did we wear them? I thought I looked so good in mine, thankfully fashion has moved on.

I had a pink shell jacket, with a off-yellow/green lining. I used to love it. However i was 11 years old then, i thought i was cool.

OMIGOSH!! The shellsuit! What a fashion disaster that was. i had a SHOCKING PINK one and shocking it was!! Glad to say it went in the bin a long long time ago!!!
