i tried out a new eyeshadow yesterday and today my eyelids are red and swollen - i look like an alien hahahah. what should i do? cucumber slices? help!!

Clean them very well.....then alternate a cool compress (cold wash cloth) with a warm compress...(use a clean wooden spoon soaked in hot water). I work for an ophthalmology office, and one of the doctors recommended this to me when my eyelids became inflamed. Oh...and throw away that eye shadow.

Allergy to the shadow it seems. Cool compresses will help but you might want to see the Dr. for a bit of cortisone cream that is safe for eyes. It will help take away the inflammation.OUCH

sounds like you are allergic
you need to apply an icepack and take some benadryl (it will help)
and don't use that ever again (although ALIENS are kind of cute..lol)

,you was allergic to it. NEED TO SEE DOCTOR FOR SHOT.when I HAD MY HORSE ,didn't know I WAS ALLERGIC to it ,my eyes would swell up and ice packs would take the swelling down, sure miss my horse ,ha ha.
