It could BUT only to those kids not planning on college in the first place.

My diploma means nothing to me. I did not go on to college but rather worked for some years then started numerous businesses.

I sure hope not. I would think that high schoolers plan on making more than $7 an hour for the rest of their lives.

perhaps.. but in ontario (in canada) they passed a new law.. where you can not get your licence untill your 18 if you drop out of school..

so that helps keeps kids in school

why will it be when the salary has already increased to send them to school
