help!?i just downloaded a visualboy advance rom,and i'm playing pokemon crystal,but i don't know the controls?

its messing me up, i don't know how to set the controls,can anyone help? its an emergency!?

then if i am writing my name and how do i press ok?

dude its not that hard....the controls are :
Start: Enter key
A: Z
B:X
left pad: A
right pad : S

the space key basically speeds up the whole rom
