I tried what everyone said to do and I still can't see my taskbar and why can't I see my pop up blocker

Tried everything and still can't see my taskbar or pop up blocker. PLEASE HELP ME, IT IS TOO EARLY TOO BE FRUSTRATED

Create a new user account (make sure you select ADMINISTRATOR)...Once you have done that....

Log off the current account.

Log in into the new account

Delete the OLD account (Select to SAVE FILES from account)

Once it finishes...Log on into the new account (if it was set up with a password).

You should be able to see the task bar and everything else..





By the way...Have you installed SP2 yet?
If not,, INSTALL IT..


If yes...Unninstall it and re-install again..


Worst case scenario,...do a repair on the Operating system itself..

Right click the Start button in left corner then left click properties, then left click taskbar.

If you have no start button press the windows key on your keyboard (on a English keyboard it the one next to Ctrl bottom left corner) and start will pop up right click on a blank space then properties will pop up click taskbar.
