Travelling in your first and even secod trimester is usually safe. Consult with your doctor especially if you have any risk cators such as early miscarriage, or any significant medical issues. It is important to stay hydrated and dress comfortably for the trip. I would also find out prior to your trip, where the local hospital is and a local pharmacy. It is always best to err on the side of caution just in case. Good luck and congratulations on your marriage...

Yep, in the first trimester you're fine... it's the third trimester that you're not allowed to fly in. Just some advice though... I flew in my first trimester before I knew that I was pregnant and I got so nauseous... it's actually when I first suspected that I was pregnant... and I didn't get sick any other time so I would recommend having some crackers and a sprite handy just in case.

The only reason you can't fly on a plane would be if you had a high chance of going into birth which would be in your 3rd trimester, so enjoy your trip and congrats!!

Yes. Most doctors will clear you up until the first week of the third trimester. If you are high risk, that might be different for you, though.

Yes, unless you have a history of early miscarriage. It is more dangerous to fly in the last few weeks

Yes, they usually recommend you don't fly after the 7th or 8th month. But you still should ask your doctor.
