marxism is more communist-as you would know. It;s hard to say what it solved but i know how it evolved. A guy named Vladimir Lenin came along in Russia to form the Bolsheviks. They split from the mensheviks(another communist gorup) and later via a revolution took over russia... After lenin, Stalin, Khruchev and the others ruled Russia....
