I would invent an MRI type machine that would diagnose EVERYTHING, like any and all cancers, even precancerous cells. It would show any and all arterial blockages, it would also have a compartment for blood and urine analysis that would diagnose a comprehensive array of disorders from liver malfunctions to renal problems to auto immune disorders etc.

I would invent something that could easily, quickly, and safely remove ice, snow, and any combination of from sidewalks, driveways, and roadways. Of course I'm thinking this since my area was hit by sleet, freezing rain, and snow.
