im using frontpage but it wont upload my thumbs.db file types

You don't need the thumbs.db file, it is created by the operating system to present the thumbnail view that you see in your file listing. You web site does not need it and I recommend that you flag the file type as do not upload when you update your web site.

thumb.db is a system file that Windows creates whenever you use the thumbnail view in a directory. Makes it faster to open that view the next time you use the directory. It would serve no useful purpose if uploaded to your web site. The information in the file would be invalid if you moved it (uploaded it).

Give more details about what you are doing with the file and why you want to upload it...

Don't upload thumbs.db, you don't need it.

It's just used to speed up thumbnail viewing time in Windows Explorer.

Don't waist time on it, its merely used to display inside content of files as thumbnails icons. Nothing to do with anything other than that.
