i would suggest
1. not telling anyone
2. using the stall instead of the urinal
3. don't undress in front of anyone and if you know that you are going to then wear normal undies that day
4. when shopping tell you are buying for someone else
and
5. why would you be wearing panties

When you go to the rest room, don't use the urinals; use the toilets. If you have a girlfriend who doesn't know, you'd might as well fess up. There's no point in having a secret fetish like that and not being able to share it with your partner. If she won't accept it, then weigh out how important wearing women's underwear is for you and whether you can still have a good sex life without wearing them.

By wearing sanitary belts with tabbed napkins in your panties and take off your panties with your pants at the same time.
