Go to your nearest pharmacy and get some melatonin it is in the vitamin section. Ask your pharmacist how much you should take. Then take one before laying down to sleep. Melatonin is a chemical your brain produces while you sleep that puts you into REM and that is the sleep you need for energy. By taking this pill you will go into REM a little faster and you will get more of the sleep you need for energy. It is not addictive, it is not a sleeping pill, it will not make you groggy when you wake up. It will make you feel like you got a full 8 hours of sleep.

Before you go to bed - take 5 - 10 deep breaths, counting in 5 and out 5. Keep a bottle of water by the bed.
When you wake up - drink as much of that water as you can/need.
Remember to drink plenty of water the rest of the day too!
The breathing will help you sleep better. The water will help refresh & wake you up as well as keep you alert during the day.

What you want to do is go into your REM cycle as soon as possible, this is that deep sleep that will rest you even if you only have a short time. To do this you must prepare for bed by doing the following:
"Relaxation
Relaxation is simple; this is you finding a comfortable position to sleep in. Most people need to have all joints in their body slightly bent to achieve sleep. You can start at your feet and tense them for a short time and then let go. You move up your legs, across your chest and back, up your arms, and finally up the neck onto the head. Then this leads to breathing to get into the right state of mind. I follow this method while I breathe deeply and slowly.
Breathing
Breathing for getting into a relaxed state for sleeping is easily achieved by letting your chest relax and breathing with your stomach. This is called circular breathing, and it's accomplished by using your abdominal region. It will inflate and when used with your diaphragm can be great for concentration. I usually relax all my muscles and focus on my breathing in this way until I get deeply into trance. My thoughts are cleared out and my breathing is all I focus on. Once I get there, I realize I can relax to another level."

I am going to eat an apple now!!!!!!! I am sleepy all the time, and I get lot's of sleep.
The only thing coffee is gonna do when you haven't got enough sleep is make you more tired, because it will speed up your heart, and the biggest muscle in your body is gonna need to rest, so my suggestion is YOGA, of meditation, but CAN'T YOU JUST TAKE A NAP?
