What is your favorite colors for makeup??

My favorite colors are the ones that flatter me best. Facial makeup (foundation, powder, blush, etc...) all match my skin tone, so it doesn't look like I put on a mask. Eye makeup enhances my eye color, green, and lip colors are light with apricot and peach undertones since I am a warm, not a cool, and can't wear pinks that well.

Instead of worrying about what other people like, you should be worrying about what is going to look good on you. You can't choose your own colors based on what flatter someone else, who may or may not have similar coloring to yours.

Stick with naturals- white, beige,copper, tan, brown for your eyes
appricot color is good along with a bronzer for your face and cheeks, and for your lips -stick to the color closest to your lips- add a gloss to it if it matte. Naturals will always work and should be your foundation for any day or night use.

However if you want to be a bit more dramatic for an evening out- be a bit heavier on your eyes. Primarily on your upper eyes with and use a liquid liner (takes some practice but the effect is worth it).

The best thing to do though is just practice with different colors and see what works best for you. However if you want to skip all that- go to an esthetician and have her do your colors- this will teach you which colors work best with your personal features. you may also get some Great makeup tips. Its worth the money and the pampering!

Daytime I usually wear, black mascara, black eye liner, foundation that matches my skin tone, neutral colours for eye lids, like khaki green and cream, or brown and cream or dark purple and cream. bare lips, just some lip balm.

going out, more mascara & eye liner, liquid gold or sliver eye shadow, or smokey eyes. Pinkyish lipstick with lip gloss. with shimmer on the cheekbones.
I have lightly tanned skin and blue eyes. you should go to a department store where they can try what best suits your complexion. My fave brands are maxfactor and clinique.

Blue. I have baby blue eyes, and I wear a teal eye liner with jet black mascara. I also wear a light shade of gray eye shadow. I don't wear blush as I have a tanned face (tanning salon). I wear a mauve colored lipstick.

whatevr colors look best on me i have bright green blue eyes so light lavender eyeshadow looks good. brownish black mascara looks good. and varieties of lip glosses that compliment my tone. use whatevr colors look good on you dont go by what someone else says or you may end up with something totally wrong.
