I am aware that more blood flows in. I am also aware that you still need sexual thoughts to trigger one off after taking the drug 48 hours before kick off.
But if there is more flow of blood, does that mean that the penis will appear larger in any areas?

I have been told the answer to this is yes, I have not used it yet and my friend lost a leg and was prescribed it for obvious reasons he says it does and it lasts a long time.
