The moment a child is born EGO has also come to stay with it.
EGO is like a grateful dog and one has to handle it with care.So long as it is under your control, your life is fine with out much of a problem. The moment you allow your EGO to over take you, you land in troubles.

EGO problems you come across through your life but not peculiar to only your married life.

Among the marriage partners, both are EQUAL and one can not expect the other to shed off the EGO completely. It must be mutual understanding for the married life to prosper.

Try to co-operate with your partner and follow the dictum"Give and take"

That means, " GIVE way to your EGO and TAKE her EGO" with a pinch of salt and give a red carpet welcome to her EGO for the married life to prosper till the logical end.

I think love and only love can drive out ego, when our relationship pass the stage of physical attraction the ego slowly starts . Just think from your viewpoint and that of your husband's you will find that if u want him to take care of you beyond the realms of ego make yourself worthy, upgrade yourself ,make yourself a better wife as well as a better human being . Your husband will always try to catch you in this race and one day you will find he is giving you lots of attention. Because he is rediscovering you and then you will find ego has slowly but surely left the scene.

ego in marriage ... don't think so .....It has nothing to do w/it. When a decision needs to be made it needs to be made 4 everyone concerned in the best interest of all partys... Only control frieks do it w/ ego... Marriage requires mature thought ,mature decisions and the willingness to look past the pride of it all because you like your spouse & trust in the decisions u make together
