Get up walk around the house, but don't do anything too strenuous. Then return to your room and move the pillow and everything to the other side of your bed. Also if that doesn't work, sleep somewhere else like the sofa or another bed. It is hard to sleep in the same position where you have been lying awake. Sometimes just moving to the other end of the bed is enough. You may want to make sure that all electronics near you are turned off and unplugged. Little things sometimes make a big difference to sleep. Have some hot tea but make sure there is no caffeine.

Many suggestions:
1. Take a warm bath before you go to sleep
2. At least have a 3-hr break after eating your dinner and then sleep
3. Turn off the lights when sleeping
4. Don't charge your handphones [or anything] because electrical appliances will give off waves that will disturb the brain activities
5. Think of happy thoughts, don't go to sleep when you're angry
6. Listen to easy-listening music
7. Stretch your body
8. Don't forget to pray..
Hope you can be a sleeping beauty from today/tonight onwards..

I add something to milk, take Kaliphos 6x powder 3 grains with the milk while you prepare to sleep. This gives you sufficient sleep, takes away the worry of not getting sleep, relaxes your mind, makes you feel confident, relieve you from anxiety and neaurosis, whether you are suffering with it or not......also it makes you beautiful in skin because kaliphos awakens the activity of the whole protoplasmic substance of the cells.

When I cannot fall asleep, I take melatonin. It's a natural time released sleeping pill that puts me right out about a half hour after I take one. You can get them at the health food store.

Lots of things you can try, but which one works depends on what is most relaxing to you..

Long soak in a warm tub, hot cup of tea, warm milk, relaxing music, a glass on wine or brandy..or try all of the above lol.

If its light out make sure your in a darkened room. You could also try masterbating it releases chemicals in your brain that make you sleepy.

Read "Moby Dick". I was 18 chapters into the book and the stupid ship still had not even left the port. I don't know ANYONE who's actually finished that book. It always put me to sleep.

If that doesn't work, call your sister-in-law. You know, the one who never quits talking.

Lay there and shut your eyes and keep repeating in your mind this and only this; "sleep, sleep, sleep" you remember much after that until you wake up.
