All of the Arab countries "recognize" Israel. The Arab nations that formally recognize Israel would be Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Tunisia, Qatar, Egypt, Mauritania, and Jordan. The problem is that most Arab countries do not respect Israel's right to exist as a sovereign nation. Additionally, their actions have proven time and time again that they do not want Jews or Christians occupying any land anywhere near them. Arabs and/or Muslims convert, tax, terrorize, or kill anyone who is not Muslim. For example, Bethlehem (Christ's Birthplace), Jerusalem, and Nazareth, were among the most Christian city in the world until most if not all of the Christians were taxed and or killed off.

Most of the former Palestinian tribal territory lies in what is now Jordan and Syria; however, there is no plan by the Arab League, PLO, Ham mas, or Hezbollah, to repatriate Palestinians to those lands. Just an excuse to drive Israel off into the sea, so they can fight amongst themselves over which radical Islamic sect Allah loves most without Jews or Christians in the mix.

Israel interferes with their Extremist Muslim Ideals. This is one of the fundamental problems with Iran. The Ayatollahs ramming their extremist Ideal's down the throats of the PERSIAN people (not Arabs) Though Iranians do vote they cannot vote out the Ayatollahs whom rule over those like Ahmandinejad. The Arab countries that have infected their brand of extremist Islam on Persia will only aid in the fight against Israel. Will they give the Palestinians land and money as Israel and America have to help them build and become peaceful? NO! All they will do is fund terrorist such as Hezbollah and Ham mas to create instability in the region. If the area becomes Democratic and peaceful this will usher in a new era in the Muslim world where the people of these nations will want Democracy as well and not Theocracy. This is why these extremist Arab as well as Persian Iranian governments will NEVER except Israel. Not because of religion, but because of threat to their political power accepting them will derive. Don't ever forget. After Israel was created, it was attacked on ALL sides by Arab countries. Result? The Arabs got their butts handed to them and Israel took even more land creating a larger country. In the 1990's they offered 95% of what Arafat was asking for. He waited awhile and DECLINED the most generous offer and embezzled millions that his wife lives on in France now after his death. Millions upon millions that Israel and America gave to promote a peaceful society.

That's the lot of them.

Israel gave Egypt a whole lot of land, expelled its citizens, gave up money in oil fields ... all for that piece of paper from Egypt that says they now recognize Israel.

Nasser was killed for signing it.

Nevermind how Egypt actively helps smuggle weapons into Gaza.

It would be against Islam to accept Jews living independently.

Saudi Arabia recognizes, but doesn't especially like Israel. Also Pakistan and Qatar.

The Middle East will never be peaceful without ending the Israeli occupation. This is the conclusion of the UN, EU, Backer-Hamilton report, and President Carter new book.

Lebanon of course, Israel was just bombing them every week. I don't fully understand what the lesson was. I do know that Israel has been known to be the instigator. Not too many people that actually do know want to let it be known.
