My attachment takes forever to upload, or doesn't work at all. What could the problem be?

I'm using wireless internet from a brand new laptop.

Could be the size of the attachment. Try something smaller to verify that it will attach. If it doesn't maybe you are getting poor signal strength on your router/laptop

It may be that it is just too large of a file and the upload times out.

It could be that that your file is a large one
or
Make sure your attachment is in the hard disk NOT thumb-drive or floppy disk.
Try again.
