Al Sadr militia = Iraqi Insurgents/terrorists. They are all the same. They are working together to fight against the Americans and the government we are trying to set up in Iraq.

We should have arrested and exiled him while we had the chance in '04 but the political situation at the time caused us to let him go. Sometimes in order to win a war you must do that which may not be politically correct. We will either fight him and therefor likely Iran which supports him or just let him have Iraq. His first act after taking over would be to depose those now in power (and probably kill them if they haven't taken their millions and run) and then install Sharia Law and make another Islamic state.
