This is one of the attempts of spam e-mail to pass the filters, alot of filters look for specific words such as "sex", "penis", "penile", "porn" and so on. Sometimes this rambling would be as the body of the message, and the advertisement the subject of the message, other times the message fails to deliver a message at all, sending just incoherent stuff.

no no, that's just spam. Some anti-spam products look for words like "free" or "penis" to find spam. So they fill it with words like that to make the emails not look like spam.

Sometimes they forget to actually advertise anything though.

yeah those are annoying...Not code though. However I wouldn't be suprised if viruses were attached to them so definately delete them
