ordered pair

(k, 4)

Insert the k into the x position and insert the 4 into the y poistion

4x + 2y = 4

4k + 2(4) = 4

4k + 8 = 4

4k + 8 - 8 = 4 - 8

4k = - 4

4k / 4 = - 4 / 4

k = - 1

The answer is k = - 1

- - - - - - - -s-

since that point is on the equation 4x+2y=4 then u can just plug 4 into y and find x and that will be the value of k

4x+2(4)=4
4x+8=4
x+2=1
x=-1
