I love portabello mushrooms
4 portabello mushrooms
4 slices onions
4 slices tomatoes
4 slices eggplants
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 slices provolone cheese
1. Marinate onion and mushrooms in balsamic vinegar for 1/2 hour.
2. Stack in order: eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoe, onion and provolone on top.
3. Bake at 350 deg for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is golden on top.

Whole button mushrooms sauteed in butter, maybe with a bit of onion...SOOOO YUMMY!!

The little button mushrooms or the huge flat ones. Both have great taste and texture and go well with or in anything. I always put them in a lasagne, chilli, spag bol, caserole, etc

i love a gentleman. a guy who would not in many cases convey his emotions, yet even as he does you keep in mind that they are real. The ones you buy in the produce section that already sliced up. I love to boil them in butter and put a little sault in them. Or use them with stir fried vegetables. Yummy.

Sauteed in butter over steak.
Chopped into salad and gravies.
I love them on pizza.
Also, I sautee them in olive oil with fresh garlic, onion and yellow squash and zucchini.. Yum.
