If it's yelling without physical aggression it would depend on if I thought the situation might get worse.
Recently I saw a male and female who appeared to be fighting. I stopped to see if I could help diffuse the situation. It turns out they weren't actually fighting. I don't know who was more embarrassed, them or me. I apologized and left quickly. Although I was embarrassed, given similar circumstances, I would do it again. I'd hate to think I could have helped out but didn't.

i would tell anyone in the store that someone is yelling on the other person and certainly they would do something!!!

I would stare awkwardly and then decide to do nothing, but gripe to my friends on how I would have done something, but in reality I wouldn't.
