So they say, though this isn't always the case for every woman. Most will move their bowels prior to labor, unfortunately some don't.

That's exactly what happened to me just before I went into labor with my daughter. Within hours, I was in hard labor. I was 39 weeks, 2 days. Good luck :)

Yes - because of the increasing pressure and also because mother nature has an interesting way of getting rid of nasty waste before we start pushing the baby out, instead of something else. You are nearly there..... good luck!

It's not always true, but if you are passing frequent loose stools, it's probably your body getting ready to go into labor.

women who are closer to there due date can/will have bouts of loose bowels. also a women close to her due date or is having early labor can have loose bowels. check with your ob

yes it is true that you empty your bowels more often prior to going into labour, it is a good thing though, less likely to do it during labour that way!!!! good luck..
