If you sweet not only under your arms, but hands & feet you really need to see a doctor about this. It is called hyperhidrosis. Hyperthyroidism or similar endocrine diseases is what is it. The only way to fix this is drugs, Botulinum Toxin, or surgery. I have had this disease most of my life. It usually starts during childhood or adolescence and persists all life. Nervousness and anxiety can elicit or aggravate sweating, but psychological/psichiatric disturbances are only rarely the cause of the disorder. It really is hard to live with this, but there is help....

I'm affected by the same thing. I sweat like a pig just sitting down and doing mathematics! I've just learned to tolerate it over the years.

Some folks claim that there's a quartz-like crystal you can rub on your underarms to help keep them dry. I've never tried it, and I doubt it works at all.

Another option is that there's some sort of surgery that stops the nerves in that area of your underarm from reacting to heat and prevents excessive sweating. Personally, I don't think surgery is necessary for that either.

I heard witch hazel works. Avoid anything that contains aluminum.
If you go to GNC or a vitamin store they should have an aisle just fofor natural deodants, shampoos and soaps, etc.....
One brand name I can remember of the top of my head is Tom's.

put sage oil in your bath, and drink sage tea.
this will stop the excessive sweating, i promise!!!!!!!!!

also, peppermint tea helps you cool down when you're hot and be warm when you're cold.

cutting down on synthesized food additives in what you eat will also help, by allowing your body to heal in its own way.

the crystal deodorant is natural and somewhat effective, but they're often perfumed with "parfum" and you might smell elderly. you may not mind this as much as sweating too much.

I don't know about natural , its natural to sweat, I haven't found anything natural that works for it. The FDA approved Botox to treat severe underarm sweating. I would probably do this as a last resort, but you could talk to your doctor about it if it is something you would watn to consider.
