I completely agree with you. It is only being called racial bullying because Shilpra is Indian. They are taking the mickey out of her accent, what so nobody ever mimicked an Irish accent or an American accent before? I have not once heard them comment on her race, just her attitude and behaviour. It is sad that every time it involves an Indian person straight away it is racial. Perhaps it has something to do with her having her head up her own a**e and thinking that she is better than everybody else because she has servants and an entourage! Get over it people it is just general bitching like it always is in BB! If they were racists, then why have they not started on Jermaine?

I'm quite torn about this. I do feel they are being a bit mean to her, but I don't think its necessarily racist. Its more just that she doesn't seem to want to fit in now. I mean she has chosen to go in there with people who are British and American, so she needs to understand that there is a difference between the cultures, but she does look down her nose at the other contestants and things they do, rather than accepting that other people may have different backgrounds to her and does not try to understand where they are coming from. She is probably used to people knowing who she is and being very curteous to her wherever she goes so she feels it necessary to cry to Jermaine about it. She seems to be quite naive for her age and a bit self-centered. I did think it was rude when Jackiey wasn't even attempting to listen to her, let alone learn how to say her name, but instead of letting it go, she has taken it upon herself to moan about being treated badly incessantly. I must admit I was also surprised when she asked Jermaine about his wife's race too. Would it matter if she wasn't black, because that's really none of her business. Makes you wonder how desperate these 'stars' are to improve their careers when they go on a show they haven't seen and know nothing about. When Shilpa arrived she said she has servants, my guess is they just say 'yes' to everything she requests and she doesn't really have a clue about how people who are just 'normal' live. Like Leo, why doesn't he want to wash his pants in front of other people? Crazy, especially as everyone is in the same situation. I hope they all calm down soon as it really is bringing down my enjoyment of Big Brother this year. It was quite fun when they were all getting to know each other at first, but since the arrival of Jade and her family, its getting more irritating every day. I don't blame Ken and Donny for leaving. Think they had the right idea!

I know a lot of bullying is going on but maybe not meant in a racist way, but that's how its coming across.Personally i cant stand the pathetic trio of Muppet's.I watched Jermaine the other night calling Jackie(jades mom) white trash in a conversation with shilpa, is that racist?

I agree I do think Jermaine's answer could be seen as racist but I don't think he meant it that way

In regards to Shilipa....I do feel for her sometimes but to tell you the truth if I was there and had someone crying all the time and being over dramatic I'd get annoyed. In regards to them being racist....does that mean Shilpa was racist when she was imitating the was Jade & Jo talk???

Yesterday i thought Danielle was a grown-up , today i think differently. Ok, so they told [ it is common-sense really ] Shilpa a chicken takes longer than 45 minutes to cook. Straight-away she did her own thing and continued to say i cook mine for 45 minutes. Makes me wonder what size the chickens in India is, when i cook chicken it takes up to two hours. Anyway there Madam did not want advice again as she knows all.
BUT, Danielle is so wrong to continue trying to stir Jade and the red-haired lady up, why not just shut-up about what Shilpa is doing, just ignore it, get over it and get on with life in the house.
This is the most boring Big Brother out and i am not watching anymore as from today. Anyway Jade to win or the red-haired lady, aahh yes, she must win, she is classy looking and nice.

I think its time white British people started bleating about racism against them. It seems its fine for any ethnic minority to have a go at us with absolutely no consequences.
If shilpa was a white woman with a dodgy accent no one would be bleating on or raising the racist card yet again.
If non British people don't like the way we live and supposedly treat them why not move somewhere else and leave us in peace.

I agree, i think they are being really nasty but i don't think they are being racist....it is Jermaine that likes to go on about colour.... oh and forgot to say if Jermaine is such a great friend to shilpa why does he sit there and not intervene????

I agree that it is possibly not a race issue but one of ignorance towards other cultures. As for Jermaine. Again I think that we have to remember where he is from and many states in USA have a problem with black on white so it would be obvious to many of his culture that his wife would be of non white origin.

You can find racist comments in anything if you look hard enough for them. Quit over analyzing a thoughtless, stupid, show that holds no more meaningful content than the nearest kitty litter box. It is entertainment at one of the new lowest forms...and it is edited to incite the viewer to create interest and viewership. Move on....

I think people are picking up on the race thing as it gives them something to moan about. They have all been rude to each other in the house, but because there are coloured people in the house, it's turned into a racist thing.... people should just get over it.
