Had sex in October (protected) but the condom was a little small for me. My girlfriend had her period 8 days later (October 30th). Then the following month it was late but did come. (5 days late - December 5th)
Now it is January 16th almost 3 weeks late.
My girlfriend has had trouble going to the bathroom/and her right nipple has been sore. (Although it's probably because it was pinched pretty hard)
In addition she has an eating disorder and may be mal-nourished.
What are the chances of a pregnancy?

If she has an eating disorder, than that's probably the answer to your question... that is probably the reason she is not getting her period regularly. There is a small chance that there could be a pregnancy, but it's not likely.

Irregular periods can be for any number of reasons: stress, thyroid problems, etc.
Sore breasts can be from the monthly cycle - I get them most months as a sign my period is going to start soon...it's from the hormone Progesterone in your system.
If you and your gf are that concerned she might be pregnant, why not try a pregnancy test from the pharmacy? This far into a pregnancy should give you a definitive answer to your question.

The eating disorder is probably to blame but she may be pregnant take a pregnancy test

You can't get pregnant in January from sex in October. If you've had sex since then, she could have gotten pregnant. She should take a test.
And, for goodness sake, get her some help for her eating disorder.

If she has an eating disorder, that probably accounts for the irregularity in periods.
