The last part " is there some motive..." comes closest to the correct question.
"why we are sent..." pre-supposes, that we have an irrefutable evidence that we know , we are sent (by somebody)!
Well, we have a gift , unique to only 'humans'... the self-awareness.
Why not persuade it more to try the possibility to deepen the perception levels beyond just the sensory levels? Perhaps it holds the entire key to these good basic questions about life.
And the answers, when it comes from 'within' obviates any need for verification etc.. it becomes a personal experience !!

most peope would say we were born on this planet rather than being sent here, but I like the way you're thinking. Have fun and don't worry about things too much, with a little bit of luck you'll realize the purpose.

A cockroach is there to clean up bacteria. Insects are born to balance the nature. Trees are there to grip the earth matter. Rocks are there to allow friction to the earth. Likewise, there is purpose to every thing that is avaialble on this earth. Only human beings have undefined purpose of their birth. However, if one can seriously try out
EVERY HUMAN BEING IS BORN ON THIS EARTH TO MAKE OTHERS HAPPY! Try your best to live this sentence.

There is no "why". As well ask why that one mosquito flying around the lake is alive.

God is different for the same reason that the tooth fairy, santa claus, and the easter bunny are different for different areas.

There is no real motive for life. Eat, sleep, and try to procreate, that's it.

Our life is just a small passage of time.

If there is a God or not, it is just a personal preference of cultural attributions.

Motive for life, is simply, and unique, by finding something within or outside that brings happiness.

Life just is; there is no hidden meaning.
It is us humans who believe there must be something more; who cannot fathom the idea that accomplishment is purely an individual notion; without merit to all other creatures.
But, that's the way it really is.

The conflicting ironies needs to be identified as you rightly noted, but striving for if possible , eliminating or lessening those evils through right deeds is the key objective . I hope ,He that sent us had hoped us to give our caring help to do good to others with nothing to hope for in return.

I think we are sent on this planet because to perform some task and then when we finish our task in a given period we will be again called back.
