Sounds prefectly normal to me It's only been 6 days but if it doesn't seem right to you then you should go see a doctor just to be sure.

The bleeding part sounds perfectly OK. Periods can go on for 7 or 8 days.
As for the needing to pee, is it there all the time, is it really bad, does it hurt/burn when you pee? It MIGHT be a urine infection, or it could be another type of infection. I would make an appointment to see your doctor in a couple of days if it hasnt cleared.

It is not abnormal for all females to have wacky periods from time to time, and yes they do get worse as you get older especially when you reach Menopause Age. Now the needing to urinate often sounds like a bladder infection. You can buy UZO over the counter for that and yes it does help. If things continue to get worse, my advice is to see a Doctor...Good luck

see your gp. this could be a normal period for you if you have either changed contraception or come off a contraception but the pee sensation might mean you could have a water infection. ask your doc and he'll do a urine sample- it'll need to be taken to lab for about a week but if you cant wait that long for results either go local family planning or nearest walk- in centre

You should definately go to the doctor...You may have an urinary tract infection like the other people have mentioned...I have had the same problem once and it was an "UTI" sometimes you can get the infection from using scented tampons or pads

I started my period LAST saturday and am still bleeding heavy now i.e 10days later! Queenb is right - it gets wierder when you get older. (I have a coil which does make things worse) - You sound fine so don't worry - each month is different for any woman. However, go to your GP to get tested for a urinary track infection (cysistis) very common for us woman.

You're fine, you just have a heavy period, i have the same problem really, lots of people do, just get super plus tampons or something, or i'd suggest going on the pill as its meant to lighten your periods.

no, you are not ok, you need to go to the doctors, you have a urine infection, that is what i think, get your urine tested, drink plenty of water, do you have traces of blood in your pea, if you do you need see the doctor asap.
