I take antabuse to rule out drinking for the court(monitored)

Have your attorney request for a peace officer who is a DRE (the lawyer will know what that is). Have him look over the video (if one was done) and any other evidence and then give his expert testimony why you could not be consider intoxicated.

It`s the natural alcohol in our blood. That's way we cant have zero alcohol limit for driving
