I have never seen any proof, but their are people that swear that have seen spirits, but to proove something like that would be hard.

Though spirits have been caught on film camera and have been seen with our own eyes, it is not enough ' Proof ' for skeptics. Therefor there is no proof. But many people such as myself have seen, heard, and felt spirits and that enough to make us believe. People who say there is no ' proof ' of existing spirits just don't have the senses that others do. When things are misplaced skeptics just shrug it off because they don't believe. But for thous of us who do believe, there are spirits all around us. Keep looking.

Various laboratories have set-ups around the world and go to places where spirits have been known to inhabit. Slyvia Browne herself talks of the spirits that come to her. There are many people who live in very old homes that have spirits, also. They can be captured on film sometimes also. My home is 161 years old and has spirits. Many people have heard them and things happen in my house. I was lucky enough to capture them in one Polaroid picture. What you see in movies, is not what happens in homes. The spirits are simply caught between two planes and do not really know where they are. Anotherwords, they haven't crossed over to where they should yet.

With the caveat that on film anything can be created or made to look like a ghost, the show Ghosthunters comes up with some interesting/weird stuff. I watch the show with interest but always am wary of their conclusions. A guy I work with has had some weird stuff happen in his house. Cold spots, stuff moving on its own and he has no reason to lie about it. I, however, have never experienced paranormal activity.

My family has personal experience with spirits. I firmly believe in them. I think however that this is a subject that unless you have "seen" one you won't believe they exist.

about as much as there is that god exists. many believe in him so i guess it's just as feasible to believe in spirits.. it's down to your faith in something existing.

No there is no proof becuse it could br anything.It could not be a sprit but a demon.In the bible it teaches that once you are dead you are done with.that your out like if you blow out a candle and its gone where do you think its going? Well no where it is just away.so beleve what you want to.

When the body dies it gets lighter.
I don't know if that is proof but it is unexplainable.
