I have seen snakes swallow whole chicken eggs and then wrap themselves around a pole to break the eggs and then upchuck the eggshells. So I assume that if a snake swallowed the dead mouse, the snake would upchuck the bullet.

Actually snakes will eat dead mice.. i had a snake and fed it dead mice on a regular basis....

and about the whole bullet thing... it's a possibility, but i really wouldn't try it.. it could cause impaction and kill the snake... besides the fact that killing a mouse by shooting it wouldn't leave much of a mouse behind to eat.

A snake will not digest hair or metal so naturally all that is doesn;t digest, comes out.
You try to get him to swallow a miniature camera and film the process cycle and watch it on T.V.

Snakes don't eat mice that are already dead.
