Yes. Some questions refer to private matters, others are not questions at all but rude statements like 'Is it true that you don't beat your wife anymore' (ok, I haven't got that question literally but if you think of it, you have probably got more than a few in your life).

If you would have three wishes what would they be,?
those questions are horrible.
In real life there are no ifs.

It's none of their business, it doesn't concern them, I really don't want them to know, and, "Get out of my face"!
All are acceptable answers to personal questions.
Or politely decline to answer.
"I'm sorry, but I can't talk about that now".
