i have a friend the same way! its so frustrating isn't it she thinks she better then you and you take a step back and look and say yeah ok you can come off your high horse now. my friend started to act like that when she bought a Saab ha ha ha piece of junk it was and still is it spends more time in the driveway because she cant afford the parts to fix it as soon as she can something else breaks just after she gets it fixed. so i get a good laugh when some one asks what do you drive and she says in her snobby little voice "a Saab" and here she is driving her moms beat up old Chevy truck and unemployed! she a real winner huh! lol

Yes you shoud but don't start her out on the defensive. Begin like, "I really need to talk to you about something that is very important to me (but in private)". "I value our frendship very much and don't want to do anything to jepordize it, but I have lately noticed some things that bother me". "I get the feeling that you look down on people and don't really care much about them or me as a person but only are thinking of yourself." "Now, I may be wrong about how you are feeling but I wanted to let you know how I feel around you. Is there something going on in your life that I can help you with or something you might want to talk to?"

This says it in a mature level and ends up in a round about way that you are still willing to be her friend. Good luck.

Good luck!
