Not really. If you can do minor repairs then you can do this. Just make sure the gas and electric are turned off, then disassemble and remove the swithch, take it to a supply house to get the exact switch and then just reverse the above to reinstall it, making sure the wires go to the correct spot they came off.Good luck

An Electrician is what you need.If you know a decent electrician then that is all you need. What a load of rubbish saying you need to be a corgi registered this and that! Its not as if you need to touch anything to do with the gas.The electrical switches are not in any way connected to gas.

You will need a qualified electrical applience engineer.

Suggest you ring the manafacture for guidence.

Normally it is easy to find service information out from the web, things like local dealers, call out charges etc.

Always get an estimate before the work is carried out as hidden costs will be added.

Hope this helps

Anything to do with gas requires a CORGI registered fitter.

They are trained to handle the electrical side of gas appliances as well.

Don't try doing this yourself.

Call your gas company. They can send someone out to fix it or give you a refferal to someone that can. They are the safest most trustworthy people to call and hiring them or someone they reffer you to, you know will be honest and won't rip you off.
