what is an memory reference error which frequently occurs when i close IE WINDOW 7 ?

i troubled with this same pblm, now it is maintained. uninstall the Toolbar like yahoo and google from ur add/remove program from control panel. then scan for virus and spywares. even after this u have pblm , type 'sfc / scannow'(with out quots) in Run, u must have windows XP cd and insert when prompting. then restart.
