that's just wrong. if a boy loves his neice, and she's also his sister? maybe you've all been doing this inbreeding thing for a while in your family,...but in all seriousness, boy needs psychiatric help, girl needs to be in counselling for sexual abuse issues by her uncle/brother/whatever. and i would contact the authorities as well. just wrong...

one thing is very clear that relation are a very important in our lifes so a person want that the status of his family should not get hurt and self esteem of the family should not get hurt then he should leave that girl and if he is a responsibal person and mature also them he should make the girl also understand that this is not the appropriate thing to do. to think positive that person should think that there are number of girls in our world and he should look some where else. that is the best think to avoid future problems also

Elder sister 's daughter cant be that boy's sister ya. This relationships is totally confusing. If she is ready to love that boy and if she really agree to marry him. Then he can marry her. Convince the family and Marry her

Why is his family saying that his sister's daughter is his sister? She is his niece. What the boy should do now is get some serious therapy, because what he wants is incest, which is wrong by nature.

If she is his sister's daughter, she is his niece. Therefore, they should stay away from each other or they will be charged with incestous relatiship. (Getting into an intimate, illegal romance, with an immediate family member).
