The normal and simplest option is too tell her to remove the password.

First Log in using safe Mode and that will allow u to log in by using administrator login. Then remove the pasword. To enter into safe mode. Press F8 key just the system boots.

But if she is too small(like 8-12 years old something) then u can be some creative to remember her password, tell her to use those passwords that are related to her daily routine life, like Video Game she plays on computer, her teacher name, best friend's name. Or something more creative, could be a poem "Who climb up on the tree?? " The answer is Tiger or anything she likes, then that will be the password.

Restart the computer and before it can start up start clicking on the F10 or F11 key at the top of your key board. click on it til it responds. Then it will give you the option to restore or reformat. You will lose all data but you will have your computer back.
