For some reason my son is unable to make payments on his pc.He can enter all the information required but when he clicks on the 'pay' button it returns him to a blank payment screen to complete again. I have paid things for him via my pc and all was ok , so its not the website (I don't think) any ideas ? Thanks

it could well be your security settings are, or software environemnt is differnet
some sites demand that you use cookies and or activex controls
some sites demand that you use a particular browser
some sites can have issues with the antivirus / internet security settings

so compare the type and version of browser
the browsers security settings
the firewall settings

mind you it could just be a belting ecuse to get mumsie to pay for his toys......

Couple of things here-
1. Are popups blocked on his PC?
It could be that the Payment screen is in a Popup format and is being blocked , try Cntrl+ clicking the pay button
2. What website is trying to pay from?
3. Also depends on the information he is trying to put

Check the PC security settings, however, it could be the website. It may not currently be working. Contact the company involved and ask if their online payment system is functioning properly. Also be careful not to repeat the transaction over and over in case it is removing money from your son's account.

Your son may have added the cookies for this site to a filter. Try to go to Tools-Internet Option-Privacy-sites to see if the cookie is on a list as "Always Block"

Settings for these cookies may vary on a user by user basis on a normal windows system. Some users can block them while others may accept them.

One reason you may be haveing this problem is in your Anti-Viruse or security system of your PC. Some systems unless turned off will not allow these transactions to occure. I hope this helps you.

I personally recommend avoiding paying on line as much as possible, just make sure you trust and know your source(s)
