how can i check my internet download usage(Dataone)without an id and a password?

U can't check it without a username and password.

In order to check the data usage.Go here..

There's a 'Dataone Account Administration ' link at the end of the page.

you'll be taken to a page where you have to login using your original dataone ID and password.(you'll get the id and password from the BSNL company.It is actually the ID and Password that u r using for your broadband access.If you don't know the ID and password contact the server administrator at the local BSNL office)

After logging in..click on service records and u can see ur dataone usage.
