Why do I see volume and the bid/ask moving on Apple stock an hour before the market opens?

Its pre-market trades (at 4pm its called aftermarket trades)

because they have a thing call after market where you can sell or buy stocks after or before the market opens.

Because the big boys have an inside market to jerk your chain and take your money.
